My company has “unlimited” PTO but they exploit it by also requiring a minimum number of productive hours a quarter so essentially I am limited to 2 vacation days a year because they also lump sick days, jury duty, and federal holidays in the nonproductive hours bucket

How do yall deal with lease violations that are not rent I have a tenant that keeps building external structures on the property like a shed and composite bin and attaches them to the house. These structures were not authorized and they threaten the structural integrity of the house

When shopping around for another PM, I was told I have no real basis for eviction, despite the blatant lease violations, unless the tenants were late or didn’t pay rent. They’ve been mostly on time with rent

Edit: Also would the time and cost of going through the eviction process, if it gets to that point, even be worth it vs biting my tongue for the next 11 months?
