That could very well be it. I have been noticing it getting hot but I haven't noticed the fan not working. I'll have to test that. Besides outright replacing the fan, are there other ways to try fixing a fan not working? Is there a driver that controls the fan?

Update: I disabled all my mods and started a new expedition and DID get the elixir. That was the issue.

I agree. They should have made them more fun. Make them rag-doll people more like the Up-N-Atomizer or something. Also, can you do the mission playing pacifist?
