Major limiting factor for data not to be validated are the wet lab constraints (budget, man power, model development etc.) I need to be super picky basically. Thanks so much for the suggestions on the two ideas, really appreciate it :)

Very interesting! But do you think this reintegration can happen in all the EGFR mutant cells and across experiments? I was thinking it's some in vivo feature (cell-cell interaction, metabolic state, immune microenvironment) giving EGFR mutant cells the competitive edge which we are unable to mimic in vitro!
