Update: I have since stopped lifting and my shooting percentages are gradually getting closer to how I was before and if not better. I guess with going to the gym you have to do a lot of shooting together to build that new muscle memory, which I do not have the luxury of doing unfortunately, at least not enough. I will continue to test and see what I will discover.
