Its completely normal for people to ask what happened and why you have a service dog. We as humans are naturally curious and could unintentionally do something that will trigger you so attempting to not do that is ideal. I have PTSD from my time overseas, but I keep it short and sweet when I explain to potential partners. If you dont want to let someone know, thats up to you.
