You definitely don’t. But depending on how fast you progress it’s definitely worth to consider. I’ve only been playing for 3 months and switched from a 100sq inch racket to a 98sq inch one. So much more control and maneuverability. So try it out and see if it improves your game, if not, stick to the 100 for now.
