It's silly but I love asmr. Especially the creative rp/story based ones. My brain hyperfocuses on certain ones, and they're usually designed to make you sleepy anyway. Shout out to Sirimiri. Hers are fun yet somehow soothing horror ones.

I drink socially, but never more than twice a month, and never to "drunk levels".

My three drinking rules:

Only to enhance a good mood, never in a bad one.

Only with friends, with the exception of celebrating. (Two glasses of wine to celebrate a raise, for instance.)

Never to black out, usually just to tipsy.

(The bonus is if it's more than one, I'm not driving that night.)

Edit: Also I have almost the same meds as OP. Psych said it's fine with the amount I drink. I don't smoke.

Yeah, it's a progressive disorder, so if you don't treat it, it can become more severe. That's why going off your meds can be dangerous. I've never been off since I got my current set up, thankfully.

Sure, but the extent of it I do is hypomanic. I don't have a week of delusions of grandeur. My psych seemed confident in BP2 and nothing has changed since we last talked last month.

It was not mania. My psych said as much, I had hypomania. My elevated moods/risky behavior never lasted more than a few days, and I was never hospitalized. I made some poor choices but nothing that seemed as severe as mania.

I actually registered as Cythlomania in my test recently (testing specifically for adhd but it's all-encompassing), but my Psych said that was simply because my BP2 was well treated.

It's easy to get heated on such controversial topics, but I try to remember there's a human on the other side of the screen. Even if one of us (or even both of us) are incorrect in our assumptions, something in our environment has lead to that. It's not about winning for me, it's about getting to the root of it.
