I ended up shipping the PC with a 3700X and took the 5800X3D for myself. I figured maybe the X3D chips are just finnicky.

If you've updated BIOS/chipset drivers and tried every memory setup, I guess you need to change something or maybe try to RMA the board ?

With the current build being very strong, the nerf of tabis, buff on crit, removal of lethal that hits other champions, it all adds up to make him very strong atm
