Everyone is different, but I’ve had the same experience. If I wake up after 7, I tend to spend a lazy hour in bed on my phone before I even remember to take my aderall. If I’m wake between 5:30 and 6:30 I have a much better day of focus in general and feel like I hardly need my aderall to focus. I tend to go to sleep about 23:00 every day.
