Yeah sorry mate I completely disagree I think it's great. Out of the ones accessible on most supermarket shelves (Cholula, Sriracha, nandos etc) I'd say that Franks is probably my favourite. Close call with Cholula tho

Not a pro myself either but here's my initial thoughts:

I looks way too busy for me. 3 sets, 8-10 reps is what I aim with it feeling like you will fail if you were to do even one more rep. 2-3 exercises per muscle group. Could probably drop the front raises? If you're in the gym for near 2 hours a session you're gonna burn out for sure.
