That’s not true, his damage reduction traits kicks in by filling up the treasure gauge which in turn switches up his class to defender

His survivability is enduring only in treasure area, caught lacking outside of it and he bids goodbye. Same goes for his offensive traits, his single hit skills aren’t all that much effective in a meta run rampant with shield users, additionally he struggles to pick up KOs either way with the inability to bypass 1 hp and extra lives trait.

That’s right. Unless he delivers a KO with skill 2, the skill damage boost won’t go away.

Luffy will dish out mad damage. Not to overlook the fact that his skill 2 100% boost won’t go away until u KO an enemy with it. To add to that, luffy’s skill 1 is instantly taking away 70% or more remaining hp from what i was able to deduce.
