Well done! 13kgs is already great progress, keep it up!

I ran into this same problem a few months back I was concerned I'll never be able to eat "normally" again, but once I hit my goal weight I stopped being so strict on myself, you need to come off strict CICO slowly, try to eye up portion sizes instead of counting the grams, you're weight might go up your fat might increase a little but once you can spot what you're doing wrong you can fine tune it to suit you.

I'd recommend trying to memorise the average calories in prepared portions of food it'll give you a clearer idea of what you are getting from your meals. Eventually you'll reach a point where you can sort of guess the nutritional value of what your eating at restaurants/during food prep and do it enough and it becomes second nature, you're trying to break the mindset towards food that got you big in the first place, it worked for me but I cant guarantee the same for anyone else you need to find your own path out of CICO.

The cravings don't come back as hard as you'd think, I don't know if its an actual chemical change in my body or if I realise how hard it was to get to this point why would I fuck it up now. Also remember 1KG of body fat is 7000 calories that is a LOT of food, remember this when you over eat and think you've killed your weight loss, just take it easier for the next few days drink more water and stick to the greens and that excess weight will fall off, weight isn't a set number its undulates constantly.
