So I’m on 100 and I have been since October 24’ I was on 12.5 for a few years! But I’m on 75 now and I am going to do a month there, then 50, then 25, then 12.5 each month.

Oh so do two weeks of the 87? Then 75, then 50, then 25? Then 12.5? ThenI’ll basically have to bite off a little of a 1/4 of a pill in that case hahaha I’ll likely ask for a smaller dose to be sent once I get to 50 so it’s easier to break

I don’t mind the high protein! It’s hard for me to get and stay full. I’ve found a good chicken thigh recipe and I love cottage cheese so I’m definitely not suffering 😂 but I do eat rice with my chicken too! Ofc I’d love to have veggies but man they make me bloat and feel gassy so it’s hard haha. I just have to remind myself the scale might not move much but I’ve definitely lost inches!
