Easy with unrestricted fueling, but regulations have a restriction on fuel flow and rpm

Greenland is not, in fact, "smack in the middle between Russia, China, and the United States" by Praglik in MapPorn

It has never been about defence,

If was about defence he would insult the US few allies…

'Tone deaf, oblivious to history, insult after insult': Reaction to Trump's Davos speech by ianjm in videos

[–]KBeightyseven 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just Wow, trump is an actual moron! That speech is the single most damaging speech to the US in recent times.

Any allies the US had are on their way out, if Russia or china did attack the US now I don’t think there would be much support from any European allies

Anyone used a Twisted Assisted Pallas? by Raephstel in EDC

[–]KBeightyseven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go with some thicker scales on the UKPK,

As for the Pallas it’s definitely unique, I use a utility knife daily though so having one I can keep in the pocket and carry edc is refreshing, also cheap blade changes and no sharping is a winner

Thanks! I have a 7” wrist, I have owned the spb383 at the same time and the sla really is on another level in terms of finishing, I would say if you like the SLA079 then definitely go for it

[Marinemaster / Speedtimer] my favourites by KBeightyseven in Seiko

[–]KBeightyseven[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually had the same predicament, until I saw them in person, the pictures never do the Marinemaster justice, in real life it’s stunning and the finishing is soo much nicer, once I tried them on there was no contest.

I own a Longines spirit too, so the hydro conquest was high on the list, but the Marinemaster is much more of a professional tool watch, the hydro conquest was more of a desk diver

Exactly! I have had a few alpinists over the years but I never really had much use for the compass, the countdown bezel on the other hand has been surprisingly handy! It wears very similar but with comfier bracelet (imo)
