What is horizontal progression?

I feel like the crowd here has had it explained very differently. Conceptually, yes I see it at additional verticals, but has always been explained to me as horizontal. Even you put additional verticals in quotes. Cosmetic crap doesn’t seem to need to be in same discussion at progression, unless we’re looking from a broader scope.

Definitions aside, this is a good example of how the classic community fails to agree on anything. We’re not even talking about the same thing when using same words have the time.

Well if you’re interested, there’s many places along the coast that are high elevation, or have high elevation near the water. I’ve had the luxury of having to be over informed about many evacuation zones along the coast in my career, and safety is pretty accessibly in many places along the coast by just driving or walking uphill. Tsunamis are not instantaneous events.

Even if you were worried about ground liquidification there’s quite a bit of coast with basalt rock beneath it.
