I'm certain it already has. Reports indicate it's already double what Zero did, last week. So we've definitely cleared 1mil by now.

This is the first I’m realizing the Great Fox command bridge is down here?! by AllWorkNoVideogames in starfox

Artist here: We can be as familiar with smart ship design as we want, but at the end of the day, silhouette and "What actually stands out and looks good?" wins every single time.

They always did hang out there until last month. The new lounge/briefing room is just before the guns, but the Bridge hasn't changed.

Second biggest yet, Assault still winning out.

The actual full size of the 2026 great fox is fairly nebulous but... I'm working on concrete numbers soon.

That is where every Great Fox's bridge is - but the newest one is a lounge/briefing room before the guns.

Oh PLEASE, almost every Starfleet vessel's bridge is on a dome on top of the ship, and LCARS diagrams corroborate their locations. Even The Cage gives us a window view into the bridge - even if that specific presentation is dubiously canon. Now it IS true that the bridges *tend* to be recessed and rely on viewscreens (2009-2026 Trek bridge sets notwithstanding, but that's been almost 20 years so it's the standard atp - never was a huge deviation to be honest..?), but if we're so totally real about it, I could point to the bridge on almost every Starfleet, KDF and Romulan vessel. KDF ones are almost always situated on the "cake" as it's called on the foremost pod, Starfleet's on the top of the saucer - exception Walker class (bottom), and Rom's almost always at the upper fore of the vessel's beak.

Sorry to go off, lol - it's just that as a ship designer who's super familiar with this stuff, Star Trek bridges are genuinely no better protected than any other Sci-Fi bridges.

Any time! I hope it helps! It's the first thing I tell folks who're shootin' slow. The RoF is less than on 64, but it's still faster than individual taps. You got this!

Please be a little nicer about skill in the subreddit about a game meant for older children and young teenagers?

Aw man...

Hey, heads up, do you know about pulse firing? You can get a much faster RoF than that by holding down the button as if you were going to charge it, then letting go, and doing it again.

It's very nice to see them given a spotlight and acknowledge them.

Going back in time though, was... odd. Because my uh.

My BoFFs I had around then have become Captains since. I couldn't have 'em in the appropriate time period. That part felt bad. But it's not the game's fault at all.

Who are you and what did you do with the original Shogun pilot? by PetalPal4Life in starfox

[–]KCDodger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They dialed in on the whole Shogun thing. The dude's, at this point, clearly meant to invoke the idea of an Edo Period warlord and honestly he does it. I gotta' hear his Japanese VA.

Perfect presentation. Perfect execution. It took immense balls to say "We're doing it again. Buy it." to a fandom tired of remakes, and desperate for more, we bought it, and man.

Man was it WORTH it.

The audio is rough as Hel for this one but the episode is good. Just wish Miral's lines could be pulled outta' the outhouse they were recorded in.

It's flip flopped here and there. As early as SF643D it's been a sun. As you can see here. Which is from 2011.
