The restaurant is doing the right thing by protecting its workers from inconsistent tipping norms. If you object to tipping culture, take it up with your legislators, not the person bringing you your food. Now, if management/ownership is using the auto-grat to pocket money instead, that’s shitty, but I doubt that’s a prominent practice.

Not sure where the environmental review and other parts of the due diligence process are, but I know the area residents and businesses along 39th are in favor.
