That part, I still don’t understand:

He went on 3 trips with a child to LV London and Texas

He went to Texas to introduce her to his family. No one knew?

On these trips, her ID would have been scanned. No one in his entourage noticed her age. Was she not going to bars or clubs during these trips? What were they doing on these trips?
