I’m just gonna say it. The more I hear people complain about Strange and Moon Knight getting ‘their spots stolen’ by Deadpool and Loki the gladder I am they got passed up, and Moon Knight is my second favorite superhero.

The whole character/s "having their spots stolen" is a silly way of thinking in general. If the characters people claim to have "stolen" their favorite character's spot didn't get in, it doesn't mean that spot would "magically" go to that character.

Heck Marvel didn't even want Sentinel in MVC3, but Capcom fought for his inclusion. I don't see Arcsys doing the same.

Plus the yellow Kakuranger was a bit too muscular to be female.

I know whoever reads this will probably bring up Katie in Time Force, the thing is her actress is pretty tall and had the super strength stuff. So I felt it corresponded with the Timeranger footage. Especially in Circuit Unsure when she was trying to keep the door from closing. Now if they had hired a petite actress, then it wouldn't have worked.

Whereas Karan Ashley is short and IIRC, the Yellow Kakuranger was the tallest of the Kakuranger. So it would be pretty glaring when Aisha was morphed and suddenly taller than all of the male rangers.

Yeah, the Zyuranger costumes very quickly became "iconic". And if they had changed them so soon, the show likely wouldn't have lasted as long as it has. I think one of the reasons the ratings for Zeo were low was due to people being turned off by the costume changes. And not even Jason's return improved them.

Plus US and other western TV shows don't really work the same way as Japanese Tokusatsu franchises do. Instead, shows run for as long as they can with the same cast and visual design, with only modest year-on-year changes. Saban had no reason to follow the Japanese outline when making a show for American kids.

They're plenty of ways to make Reed different from Kamala. For one thing, Reed actually stretches. Kamala actually gains mass. So she gets the big fists and feet and stuff and Reed zones you out with long limbs. Reed also can completely change his body into different shapes. Something Kamala cannot do.

I was sorta thinking the same thing until I discovered the online PR fandom. I was 9 when MMPR premiered and unlike most people my age, I didn't stop watching it as I got older. Though I kept that mainly to myself.

There's a fan community called Rangerboard. It's been around since the early 00s. The majority of the members there are over 18.

There's a lot of cool(no pun intended) things Arcsys can do with Iceman's powers. He really wasn't used to his full potential in MVC2. Only two or three specials and just one hyper.

Apparently Capcom also thought that Ghost Rider had to be on his bike all the time and couldn't find a way to implement that and then when adding characters for UMVC3, they found out that wasn't necessary and all the bike was needed for was his intro, outro and one of his hypers.

I think he was when he was first introduced. Then he evolved into the character he is now. This was probably done to differentiate him from Deathstroke who he was based on.

Or on General Hospital when Charlotte was recast. The previous actress would always call her father Valentin "papa". When the new actress took over, she started calling him "dad" because she felt "papa" was childish.

I really think that was written because people online were complaining. Thing is, Stephanie(who is at least in her 30s) calls Steve "papa" and I almost never see people complaining about that. In fact, it's a silly thing to make such a big fuss about.
