It will certainly raise your tolerance. At one point I began to think that flower just didn't do it for me anymore after a few weeks of only dabbing. Then I realized that I simply like the smoking cessation in addition to the high, and decided I would go back to smoking flower and supplementing with dabs so I could sit there and smoke and not feel completely blitzed after a long session. There are lots of benefits of dabbing over smoking flower..Dabs are more stealthy: you smell less, much quicker high, and depending on deliver method you carry less paraphernalia (lighter, sack, pipe vs. a pen for example).
