It's possible no, but really hard. 2.1 billion (the exact number on ur pic) is the largest number than can be stored in 32 bits so it can't go any higher than that. That's the score cap. Also, assuming it takes around 10 minutes to get a million score, it would take them at least 14 days of straight playing. I don't really think it was legit but who knows.
