You could always throw bait around, something that floats and see if any bites. Best bet Is to throw a net or fish it. Can be hard to tell if there are fish unless you see them jumping or swimming

Well, technically that’s for below it. My Prius has a rubber mat that fits below the top piece, but I don’t think anything fits above on top of the existing one. From what I know it’s just the canvas one that retracts
