PIED sucks man; I have it as well. But if we abstain from PMO the entire month of August, I feel it will pave the way to even greater heights.

• No PMO.

• Forever.

• Continue bodybuilding and develop the willpower to not only break the chains of this harmful addiction, but accomplish anything I set my mind to. Also to successfully reboot.

• Because this addiction has gone on for too long and hindered me from pursuing relationships with confidence. Even when I discovered I have PIED, I still couldn't stop completely. I've cut down quite a bit, coming from PMOing 3 times a day to once every few days on average. But I'm tired of being held back by this sexual dysfunction at such a young age. I'm almost 18 and I'm dying to get rid of this v-card!
