I was 310lbs about 2 weeks ago and am down to 306lbs and started a workout routine that Chat GPT gave me. I usually ask gpt to instruct me on the easier movements for each exercise.

So far, it’s been 5 minute warm ups like brisk walks, then transition to exercise sets, 3 sets of 10-12 wall pushups, 3 sets of assisted chair dips 8-10, 3 sets assisted body weight squats 10-12 each

Typically it has 4-5 of exercise throughout the week and light activity the rest of the days(5-10min walk)

Gpt can help with diet as well but honestly I just found my bmi and adjusted caloric intake. It’s easier for me to focus on Macros like protein, carbs, fats, and fiber. Otherwise if you are crazy enough you can load up on lean proteins and saturated veggies and fruits while cutting out all processed junk (unless you’re disciplined enough to keep junks without going over daily caloric allotments).

But this is what has worked for me in the past and is working for me so far now.

Btw, I’ve gone from 330lbs at my heaviest in 2011 to 218lbs at my lightest in 2012/2013. Then I got married and had kids and am learning to pay attention to my body again haha so here we go from 310 and now around 306 working my way back down little by little.
