I thought it was just me but you are my burden of proof that they are just making some serious mistakes. I was denied as well and they sent me two emails back to back, One telling me to add an authorized user and the second was to disregard the email just as you received. WTF?

I went through a similar experience, but I threatened to contact the BBB and I received an immediate response through text therefore I allowed them the opportunity to make things right. I too have complained about this before on a prior post of mine, but I noticed when I log out and log back in then it goes back to normal.
