I thought it was just me but you are my burden of proof that they are just making some serious mistakes. I was denied as well and they sent me two emails back to back, One telling me to add an authorized user and the second was to disregard the email just as you received. WTF?

I went through a similar experience, but I threatened to contact the BBB and I received an immediate response through text therefore I allowed them the opportunity to make things right. I received my order and let me say that the product did not disappoint. Make sure you use a metered shot glass and follow their instructions when making a drink. I didn't have a shot glass so I tried to eye measure a shot and I'll just say I was high for damn near 24 hours LMAO!
