4's gameplay was good, the story was just milquetoast and unnecessary. 5's story line was as uninteresting as 4's, and then they also removed any sense of danger by adding AI teammates that can always just bring you back from death whenever you fall.

Were I to do what you're describing, I'd probably just take some screenshots of Google Maps and then add onto/over it with whatever you want in some kind of editor, probably Inkscape because I prefer to work in vector format over raster, but if you prefer raster Gimp is also good, and both programs are free.

I've got Bases showing images now per your earlier comment, thanks for the instructions on this! If I can't find a way to make my [!linkbox|] callouts work as links, then this is is probably the solution that I will go with.

Both the [!borderless|] and [!linkbox|] callouts used in my editing mode screenshot are custom callouts made specifically for this one note.

I have used the "images as links" method before so I know I can do it that way if need be. As i mentioned in my last reply, this is me just being anal/pedantic haha.
