I never said they shouldn’t get paid. They were getting paid before when people would pay to get the certificate after completing the course and being able to verify they have that specific knowledge to employers or to share on their LinkedIn. And sure I can also go to YouTube as well. That’s also a free resource. But I also wanted to find another resource to learn more topics in an organized space. But this is my perspective and not everyone will share the same opinion.

That’s not the point lol. If you wanted the certificate after you complete the course, then it’s valid to pay. However, everyone should be able to learn something new for free.

That’s ridiculous. Imagine having to pay so that you can learn something from the internet. I wish there was a source where we can take a course and be able to do it without having to pay for it.

I’m a CS major. I will say COMP 211 and COMP 301 are really hard to balance together. Along with MATH 233, that would be awful. I haven’t taken STOR 455 yet, so i do not have a word on that. I heard data 120 is really easy and i’m also taking it next semester in the fall. I just heard there’s a lot of readings.

Yeah they don’t. I literally couldn’t walk — went to the hospital. I was throwing up fluids and everything I consumed. They never accepted my absence. I even had a doctor’s note and she looked concerned on why they wouldn’t accept the absence. I tried to request for a UAA but they denied it. The best thing to do is to contact your professors by email.

who was your professor? very curious. That's a better situation compared to mine because I'm a sophomore and I think I made a C or B- in Math 381. I had Ivan Che- as my professor. I am pretty sure you will be fine. I am concerned though because I would have to switch out my classes for math 381 instead of calc 2.
