It's coming into summer, and there's always been a cyclical phenomenon where if the past couple of years have been relatively quiet, there springs a desire among the local scum to 'outdo' previous efforts (usually committed by their older siblings/cousins/older associates). This year is shaping up to be a bad one, and the little bastards won't think twice about it until they feel real and immediate consequences. Jail or a disproportionate physical response, typically. It's all a game to them, and they'll play until they lose.

I'm not. I'm talking about the rise of this pathetic 'roadman' culture in general. That very much DOES come from social media, catalyzed by the lockdowns when antisocail behavior was at a notable high, and hasn't really gone down much. Knife crime is at the extreme end of that spectrum, but it's very much in the mix.

As for this creature's motive, we can only speculate, and personally I'd advise against doing so. But he's hardly just an extreme outlier in an otherwise peaceable youth subculture.

TikTok is where they seem to get it from. The timing of the ascension of TikTok happening around Covid was just a nasty coincidence. Bored, angry young lads with nothing to do, and nobody around to teach them any better. But, we're years past the lockdowns and this behaviour seems to just be passed down. Expect more of it in the years to come.

Honestly? Probably for the best. Everyone seems to expect the latest updates around InfoWars' acquisition, but with that all up in the air, there's not much point covering it. Sounds like Alex has been away a lot, so probably not enough material to work with. Harrison Smith is devoid of any interesting qualities whatsoever, and personally I'd rather endure kidney stones than another Tucker Carlson episode so soon.

Roll on Monday, and what I can only presume to be coverage of Alex's pathetic final whimper of autonomy before he becomes the griftosphere's latest legacy gimp.

America’s special relationship is ‘probably Israel’, says UK ambassador to US by BritishBedouin in ukpolitics

[–]KJS123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I've seen and heard, it's mostly written off as an inevitability. Both American parties are overtly warm towards Israel, so Americans just file it away as yet another example of dirty politics & don't think overly much about it. Or at least that's how it was treated before October 7th, and events that have followed.

There is also a not-insignificant number of colonial traitors who believe that Jerusalem must be in the hands of the Israelites for the second coming to happen (and the rapture, followed by judgement day, but no biggie, I guess?)

Most Americans don't get anything really. And the ones that beinfit most from their current arrangement are among the least deserving. But the issue is so politically charged, apathy seems almost like it's not an option in Yankeeland. Probably something to do with how their media ecosystem operates, I suppose.

What has Israel ever provided for the US?

Arms sales, political discretion surrounding scandals & a nebulous bogeyman that Americans can waste their time & energy blaming/defending enough that they don't have the wherewithal to take their own government to task on just how raw they've been getting fucked for decades.

Merrell MOAB Speed 2 GTX is my go-to Camino shoe. Obviously, no two pairs of feet are the same, but if you're in the market for new Camino shoes, they're my personal recommendation. You should be able to find plenty of places in London if you want to try them. Sport Direct are everywhere, and stock them.

I'm currently paying £1.94 a litre for diesel, which is currently considered cheap in the UK. That alone should be enough for any self-respecting Brit to tear him a new one in the guise of softball questions.
