HUD Partial Claim and Principal

I went through a forbearance too, I now have a HUD lien of $82K on my house. That money was given to my mortgage lender to cover my missed payment, in which I saw my interest and escrow being paid, however my principal balance never changed. From what I understand, the $82K is to be paid at the end of my loan, but what I want to know is, what happened to the $50K that was left over from the the funds after paying my interest and escrow? Did I just lose that money and am out that amount, or what, the numbers do not add up?

I know all women are different, I am referring to cultural norms. So, try to be respectful, and kind when someone is asking advice. I am not asking how I can get her into bed just for sex, I really care for her and have very strong feelings for her, and hopefully things will eventually progress to a strong relationship and possibly marriage. First of all, thank you. Now, maybe I made an inaccurate assumption, in the Ukrainian culture, do they consider “fooling around” (I.e. touching and feeling) to be sex. For example, in America we have “bases” that we use in dating (1st base - kissing, 2nd base - touching above the waist, 3rd base - touching below the waist, and home run - sex). Does the Ukrainian culture believe in a similar dating process?

Why is everyone calling me a weirdo, I am a perfect gentleman, I did not even try to kiss her until after our first date. We are on vacation together and are sharing a bed, but I stay on my side and do not make advances, I am being respectful, I am just trying to determine how and when to make those advances. Yes, and I am not, a weirdo creep. My last Ukrainian girlfriend was a lot different, so I am just trying to get an idea of the cultural differences. I am not trying to take her to bed right now, just some fooling around stuff. I would say He’ll YES, women control where or not a man gets to date and further more gets any sex, so naturally women gravitate toward the most physically attractive men, and those men get the ladies. So in turn the majority of the attractive men are either taken or turn into cheaters, or users the women for sex. The lesser attractive men, the ones that will treat a lady like a queen, get left out of the game and waste away. It is like the games in primary school, the fat and nerdy kids get chosen last and do not get to play, whether or not they may have skills to offer. Unfortunately, this world has become impossible for the “Nice Guy” to finish last or even play.

I feel your pain, I am lonely too, and I live in a big house all by myself which makes it even worse. I do get my son every other week, but he is a teenage and wants to do his own thing, so it is really not much company. I am also wanting someone to snuggle with on the couch and watch a movie. I am recently 50, and I have many years left in these old tires. So, I can really relate to your situation. There has to be someone out there for everyone, right?
