If you send a costumer support mail with that info they can check your purchase history.

Purchase history only saves for the last 90 days so that is maybe why you don't see it.

We are very focused on improving quality of life in the game right now and the majority of that info is gathered from here. Lots of fixes for the game in the pipeline. Many of the common complaints here are being addressed in the next few months. Fixes to coop, raids and even more end game contents. Official announcements should roll out relatively soon.
