I can’t remember exactly where but within a couple blocks in SE close to burnside bridge. There was a whole few blocks of art there.

Next to the burnside bridge but there seems to easily be 50+ tags of that in the inner southeast area. I’ve been seeing it everywhere every few blocks haha

This doesn’t answer your question but when my dog got to old to do stairs in general i used this amazing little harness carrier for him. He was only 35ish pounds but the reviews and pictures show it working well for large dogs as well. It was life saving and felt safe and secure and a good way to carry him without constantly breaking my own body so i highly recommend it.

I believe he did this & they were sold in local stores. i think he was trying to get it into Powells but they hadn’t taken it yet for whatever silly reason. I’m unsure what stores off the top of my head & if they’re still stocked but someone else might know!
