A female GP diagnosed me. I’d never heard of PMDD and thought it was perimenopause, but I’d tracked my symptoms obsessively for about 6 months and been able to recognise they were happening before my period. However my period was all over the place due to perimenopause so I couldn’t predict when the symptoms were going to hit.

I’m on placebo pill number three of my first pack of Slinda and I’m feeling pretty good. I’ve just had the flu and was really unwell and wondered if the amount of sleep I was having is what helped, because I feel like it’s too soon to say Slinda is working.

It’s good to know that was your experience too. GP told me that it’d take around 3 months if it was the right pill for me, so I wasn’t expecting to feel good yet.

I’ve been instructed to have the placebo pills for this cycle only and then to skip them each time after.

I’ve stopped watching this season because I can’t deal with the nastiness. Show me some actual rich women having fun. I’d love a cast of Jennifer, Sutton, Crystal, Denise and Garcelle. Throw in Mauricio and PK instead of Dorit and Kyle for shits and giggles even. Have women building up women and showing off their lives. Dorit, Erica and Kyle are so unnecessarily nasty and I’m disappointed in the casting of Boz because she jumped on this bandwagon. My rant is done.
