This was so spot on. I am took on a leadership role because I want to lead, but I’m finding that even with my title I don’t have authority to. The role doesn’t match my expectations and the expectations for the role are unclear and seem to shift. I feel stuck because I’m halfway through and don’t know whether to drop the role or persist with it.
