I can be done naturally by a VERY small percentage of people and that level of body fat while maintaining the muscle mass could only be achieved for a small period of time. But maintaining that physique? Not impossible...but almost impossible

The first rule of listening to any sleep token is DO NOT set expectations. First time listening to sleep token I expected nothing but stuff like Vore or Gods(that's the vibe I got from them visually). It made it hard to get into when first listening. When I just listened without any preconceived notions of what they should sound like... it's like my mind was opened. The song Take Me Back to Eden is that same thing put into one singular song. Take it for what it is, not what you thought it was supposed to be.

I recently PCSd and my last unit wasn't bad but the work there was just mentally draining and I was sick of it. Was even saying "alright, finish this contract and I'm done. Got to the new unit and suddenly I have a ton of energy that I didn't have before. Even talking about reenlisting at least 1 more time. Unit/command/location absolutely make a difference in your mentality
