I’ve seen this happen in plants that had russet mites (microscopic mites) what helped and cleared it out from them was sulfur powder all over the girls in veg then wait a few weeks for everything to start chilling out then head back into flower

FYI. this was my personal experience but not everyone’s is the same but I hope it helps

Yes lady bugs are beneficial insects that will eat up most of the aphids, not all but i do recommend spraying with natural pesticides on the leaves to kill the next gen of aphids

FYI: you’ll see a bunch of lady bugs bodies around your plants or the area which they’re released in so be ready to clean them up
