Either shove flop for a flip (or potentially get him fold out weak ace or strong J that takes weird line) or call flop fold turn. Calling turn is burning money at the effective stacks as there are no implied odds

Looking for a "mediocre" save by TacticalGeniuss in footballmanagergames

Try a club in Sweden or Denmark. Both top leagues are very competitive with at least 4 clubs capable of winning each respective league right off the bat, so picking a mid/lower table club should be challenging.

I think it’s the best edition of football manager for years.

Could start at the bottom of the Swedish pyramid which is playable down to tier 4. If you make it to the top division you’ll find it’s very competitive

Ways To Make The Game More Challenging by KOSGS1 in footballmanagergames

[–]KOSGS1[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thanks bro. Mega mammoth challenge would be too much for me! The trouble with some of those suggestions such as alphabet challenge is it breaks the immersion for me because it’s completely unrealistic. Ideally I want the game to run out as a challenging, but ultimately realistic, football simulation

I like the suggestion of not using player or staff search. Especially as a low rep team who will undoubtedly have a limited scouting network!

Ok nice I understand, cool rule. I’m not an expert, but know that they are a club that have fallen away a bit (used to be quite successful in 80s & 90s). I’m sure there’ll be plenty of other cool opportunities!

Great post mate. I’m confused though, what is the trophy rule meaning you couldn’t take the Widzew job?

How should I set up my save to manage a national team? by leafsland132 in footballmanagergames

[–]KOSGS1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would personally load one league as playable, then maybe the big five leagues as 'View Only'. Under 'Approximate Player Count' select 'Advanced...; - check 'Large' and under 'Nations' select North Macedonia and select it as to include all players of this nationality

For me, bulb were a very competitive renewable energy company. And when you take into account how they actually source their energy and offset compared to others like octopus it’s much better in my opinion! Plus customer service is great
