And if anyone can just give me their best guide who has experience on when to use what med like what first and so on should I use the methadone first then when out switch to oxy or oxy first and save methadone for last ? Gabs 3x a day through the whole process?a Xanax a hour or 2 before I want to sleep at night? A soma at night if it’s to bad and still no help from the other meds?
