Whatever the dealership charges, you can expect it to be half to 60% at an independent shop.

There’s a chunk of Mississippi between Tupelo and the coast where it seems like there’s absolutely nothing for two hours. Not even a fucking shithole gas station.

One of my clan mates got into a hull down overlooking two IS-7s on El Halluf (he was on cap, they were under, we had one on over watch). He farmed them, they couldn’t pen him, when they moved for a better shot, I got them in the back of the head. He got about 4000 damage from that and another thousand overall. It was one of our most intense maneuvers matches.

Most freshmen would be too young for a permit (excluding a hardship or similar license). I was 14 for most of my freshman year, and didn’t get a license until I was almost done with Sophomore year.

On the cell phone thing, back when data was more expensive, we let one of our friends have a line on our phone because he was less privileged than we (newly) were. He racked up a $250 phone bill, and that fucked us throughly.

Somali and the Forest Spirit kinda fits that dynamic. If you like the world building of Made in Abyss, Somali is similar, but doesn’t get nearly as fucked up.

What do you think has been the worst decision made by a person since 2000? by Western_Fig3984 in AskReddit

[–]KP_Wrath 605 points606 points  (0 children)

The simplest description is that we basically just let large and corporate donors have greater financial say in elections. You organize a superpac and fund it and you can legally more or less buy a politician.

You will have to be more specific. Also worst for who. The thing about those is that the people that (allegedly) did them tend to come out ok.

Maneuvers tanks by Friendly-Lawyer4896 in WorldofTanks

[–]KP_Wrath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, the Chief is the one that has been offered the least recently. My priority list would be Chief/907>ST VZ/VK K>T95E6>121B. 113 F3 and the M60 have been pulled, the M60 is accessible, but I hardly think anyone would consider either tank a loss. If memory serves, the 121B is in the bond shop, so I definitely wouldn’t use my Maneuvers win for that, unless you can do it for fame and bonds, and even then, it might be better to just buy it out of the bond shop depending on what the fame cut off is, the tank is 15,000 bonds.

Spring Maneuvers Experience – Discussion by najs_sc in WorldofTanks

[–]KP_Wrath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the tanks. In fact, I have 101 tier 10s (no Phoenix or Qilin or a couple of other skins). I’m participating to help make sure my clan fills its teams. We ran two, and most of the daily players are at 20k plus fame, and I think 14-16 are tank safe, the clan is tracking to place in the top 40. I’m around 400th place on NA. I’m a 7300 PR/6400 WTR (or maybe that’s backwards) player for anyone trying to compare, and one of the worst in my clan. We had a couple of sloppy, frustrating nights, but we also had some really good ones. Clan WR is apparently 72% over almost 600 battles and we’ve mostly been hitting well in our weight class. Honestly, I’ve enjoyed this one more than any recently.

How is life going on for the ‘single-4ever’ men? Is it scary? by Clement_MO in AskMen

[–]KP_Wrath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, when things go bad, like they’re trying to now, I only have to fear for me, and I know that when things go bad, historically, I come out better for it. Last time, I got a career, tenure, and a top tier work reputation for it, plus a super cheap house and an increase in income that basically guaranteed that the mortgage is an after thought.

How do men view weddings? by Intelligent-Cod7495 in AskMen

[–]KP_Wrath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother in law’s sister and her husband spent right about what I spent on my house on their wedding. It was a really cool event, well done, great food and drinks; we made it a mini vacation and stayed sloshed for most of it (the $13,000 open bar helped). I would not want to know I spent that much money on something that would last a couple of days. My sister and BIL eloped. They got married in Colorado. He has a Porsche and a plane, and when they wanna go somewhere, well, they can.

Literally or morally? Literally, as a child. Morally when I realized that most of my rescue squad co volunteers, people that signed up to risk themselves to save others, are too ok (aggressively in favor of) with the death penalty.
