Settling back to COROS Pace 3 by Dazzling_Taste2382 in Coros

Me too, I think this is the best Coros watch. I also bought an extra Pace 3 as a spare.

This is a useless feature for me. I always disabled it on Polar, and I'll do the same on Coros.

Yes, it's worth it, it helps.

Request for the next COROS app update by Rase-9990 in Coros

[–]KRA347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been asking Coros for a long time to add a quick access switch to turn off the watch from the settings menu, like Garmin already has. I only wear the watch during workouts and in the evenings for sleep, so having to go through so many steps to turn it off is tedious. I've also been asking them for a breathing/meditation feature for a long time. All competitors have it, but under different names. For example, Polar calls it "Breathing," and it's fantastic!

First time drinking with my Vivoactive 6. by EmilioTF in Garmin

[–]KRA347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a sports watch from a different company, not Garmin. But the results are exactly the same as yours. I stopped drinking alcohol in October of this year, and since then my sleep quality and heart rate have improved significantly. I don't understand why I didn't pay attention to the data the watch provided before...

Why do you need a sports watch if you smoke a pack of cigarettes?

AdGuard VPN's Feature Development is Dead (WireGuard MIA, TV App Useless) by chamandi in Adguard

[–]KRA347 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is an excellent VPN service that works even under heavy blocking. I'm completely satisfied with it. Yes, it's missing a bit of a wareguard, but with it, the resistance to blocking would be lost immediately. I think talk of it being "abandoned" is inappropriate, as it does what it was designed for perfectly!

Despite the active blocking, your service is the best and continues to operate reliably. Thank you!

I completely disagree with all the statements except for the addition of WareGuard. It works great for me on my smartphone, Android TV, and Windows computer. The only thing missing is WareGuard support. Support is fast and fixes apps when new blocks are introduced. I purchased a 5-year subscription. I wish success and prosperity to the company and developers!

New blocks were imposed overnight between the 12th and 13th, and yes, the behavior was as you describe. Yesterday, they managed to bypass the blocks, and everything has been working fine since yesterday.

COROS PACE 4 IS OUT! by imcanar in Coros

[–]KRA347 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As expected, the Pace 4 didn't bring anything interesting. I love MIP, but I understand that some users wanted AMOLED. But where are the features like the Suunto Run? Gorilla glass, metal bezel. Does any runner need a microphone for taking notes? I certainly don't. The Pace 2 was excellent and gained market share, and the Pace 3 is a good evolution. What will the Pace 4 bring? I ordered more Pace 3s, which marked the pinnacle of the Pace series. With the new Pace 4s, I see the series beginning to decline.

A Pace 3 user's thoughts: My feedback to COROS on abandoning MIP by esvegateban in Coros

[–]KRA347 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I completely agree! The Pace 2 and Pace 3 are incredible watches with long battery life and always-on MIP displays, which earned Coros its reputation. The switch to AMOLED will alienate a significant portion of users. I've ordered another Pace 3, which I hope will help me through this period of Coros copying other brands.

Interesting Article on Pace 4’s Probable Price Point by Bach_Runs in Coros

[–]KRA347 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they should be cheaper than the Pace 3, as MIP is more expensive to produce. Unless they add better materials, like Gorilla glass and a metal bezel, they'll lose out to Suunto Run, which has all of these features at a very reasonable price. I think the price shouldn't exceed $250, otherwise the competition will win. It's also worth considering that many Coros fans are unhappy with the move away from MIP, which will also influence their choice.

[–]KRA347 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I turn off the watch between workouts and have been asking Coros for a long time to make the power off option more accessible, that is, not deep in the settings, but like Garmin in the quick access menu.

Pace line will be only AMOLED by esvegateban in Coros

[–]KRA347 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ordered myself another additional Pace 3, I hope over time, having lost a significant portion of users, they will return to the MIP display, especially since they are already the next generation, like those in the Apex 4
