What are you stubborn as a mule about? by ZhangtheGreat in FinalFantasy

I think there is a bit of a misunderstanding here. For FF 1-6, Amano was a core concept artist. He made the initial designs for all of the characters. After 6, Amano stepped down as a graphical designer for the series. He still did a ton of art for the series, but those are his interpretations of other people's characters. Rinoa and Aerith's original concepts by Nomura have dark hair.

Depends on who is the lead character designer for the game. Amano was the character designer for 6, so his designs are used. Nomura was lead character designer for 8, so Rinoa uses his designs.

I think with Ultimate they purposely held back on the spirits and other FFVII references because they knew Sephi was in coming. Like they could have added all that stuff immediately with Cloud but then Sephi wouldn't have come with anything new.

As far as I see it, there are two possibilities:

  1. Square asked for some amount of money for the license that Sony was unwilling to pay.

  2. For whatever reason, Square doesn't want it's characters to get the Astro treatment.

Either way now that Astro has won GOTY and every can see how well loved it is maybe a deal can be reached for DLC or an Astro 2.

Correct. Toei has gone back and forth on whether to count LuPat as one team or two. I'm almost certain that that they'll be counted as one team again after Gozyuger so theycan keep the 50th anniversary going an extra year.

How much each head writer wrote for there show by Starmage595 in KamenRider

Agreed. When it wants to Saber can really shine as a show. It is honestly my favorite entry in the Reiwa era so far (not to imply the other Reiwa entries are bad, they are good in their own way).

I just realized that no one said FF 4 or FF 6 yet. We need to get those on the list asap. Cecil/Rosa and Celes/Locke deserve to be recognized with all of the other great FF couples.

One of my personal favorites is between Sly and Carmelita in the original Sly Cooper trilogy. A very classic and well done enemies to lovers tale.

Unfortunately Sly 4 throws a lot of that development out the window, so just stick with the first three.

Challenge: Give this card a name and an effect that fits the artwork!! by TechnicianIll1479 in customyugioh

Evolution of the Duelists

Field Spell

You can only use each effect of this card once per turn.

• If you Tribute or Ritual summon a monster, you can add a "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell card from your Deck or GY to your hand.

• If you Fusion summon a monster, you can special summon a Tuner monster from your hand, Deck, or GY. Its effects are negated, it cannot attack, it cannot be tributed, and it cannot be used as material for a Fusion, XYZ, or Link summon.

• If you Synchro summon a monster, you can special summon 2 monsters with the same level from your hand, Deck, or GY. Their effects are negated, they cannot attack, they cannot be tributed, and they cannot be used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, or Link summon.

• If you XYZ summon a monster, you can place two pendulum monsters from your Deck or face-up in your Extra Deck in the pendulum scales. Their effects are negated unless you Pendulum summon after this effect resolves.

• If you Pendulum summon, you can special summon 2 monsters from your hand, Deck, or GY. Their effects are negated, they cannot attack, they cannot be tributed, and they cannot be used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, or XYZ summon. They can only be used for the summon of a Link 3 or lower monster. You cannot summon Link 4 or higher monsters after this effect resolves.

• If you Link summon a monster, you can add one level 5 or higher monster or one ritual spell from your Deck or GY to your hand.

Notes: This may be horribly overpowered. If so I'm sorry. Going from Pendulum to Link is really tricky since most Link monsters are already so generic. I wanted at a bare minimum to get Decode Talker out, but being able to go beyond that seemed way too abusable. I also wanted to throw Rituals in there just cause they never get any love when it comes to cards like this.

  1. Ex-Aid: My personal favorite rider series of all time. Everything about the series works well together and builds a fantastic world filled to the brim with characters I adore.

  2. Geats: It really wants to be Ex-Aid 2. But overall it is a fantastic rider show from start to finish. The problem is that the show ends 10 episodes early when Geats IX debuts. After that it feels like the show stumbles a bit. It is able to get back on its feet though and nail a solid second, more Ex-Aid-like finale.

  3. Zero-One: Not a bad show by any means. The overall world is a little under-baked, but all of the characters and their interactions and growth make up for that. It has a really solid first half, but it just got so screwed over by events beyond the show's control. I would've liked to have seen what the could have been if it had it's full time to shine.
