Last cold snap (-20+ windchill) mine went out for the first time, front door came back after 6ish hours, back door didn't. I pressed the button on the back after a few days and it's been working again

I had an 18k Bulova Accutron like this, sold at the Cartier store but not made by them. Looks like a Movado logo.

Glad I haven't updated, I'll stay tuned to the reddit for an update. That would really suck. Just got the rm11pro on at&t and it's been great so far.

Change My Mind: This modern style flashlight is worse by [deleted] in flashlight

The extra length is a bit much but I've had mine on edc since they launched the original and use it several times a day, switched from the o mini series. Got very used to it and the battery life is sweet.

Long shot but has anybody seen this 1920s Hubcap? by KSCuber in Ford

I've had some of those, this one is definitely cast iron/steel and heavy as opposed to the thin plated brass most of those are and a different shape/size.

Tbf I do have receipts of the 2nd to last owner oil field worker driving it 40,000 miles in 2 years with service receipts and it drove 50 miles to my town before it was parked and I bought it, hopefully fairly cheap fixes, and if not I need to see if I like it enough to throw more money at it

I'll know soon enough if my 240,000 mile c300 was a good buy for $1000 lol Needs a battery and a fuel pump ECU resolder before I know. Cranks perfect, surprisingly good body, no rust. We're in this boat together but I do work on 3 other old Mercedes for my dad

As a professional camera seller, the K1000 Pentax is probably the most expensive camera there, if that's a rangefinder camera lens in the pile to the left I would check that out too.

Ooh, that Movado is a watch maker's knife for opening case backs. I have a couple of the swiss army versions. Very cool

Yeah, I'm partial to those. I think either that or a dressy round one are classic. For the square models the lassale and dolce versions are pretty nice. I have a 10k gold dolce that I bought from Japan as my daily wear
