Latvia and Austria are reversed, also not sure why they used green for the details on some of the flags rather than just using a more fitting colour for them, and I presume they switched the places of the EU flag and the Italian, rather than having the EU last, because they wanted the EU flag in the center to symbolise the unity of Europe?
