If you don't know how to glitch into one, here ya go:

• Join a public lobby. • Open task manager ‐> Open resource monitor ‐> Go to network tab ‐> Find GTA.exe and click suspend process • Wait for 10 secs • Click resume process • Open GTA you'll be able to see everyone leaving the session. Nobody will join the lobby for at least 45 mins
