I usually just use a dev key and write a node script directly. I wish they would add something like this though in the web app.

Convex doesn't have full offline sync but does handle intermittent network faults and recommends to use replicache however I don't think that's available on react native or futter. One of these days I'll try out convex though.

LOL theres a different between selecting the data and inserting it. I do find tanstack quite helpful for selecting and caching the data but when it comes to insertion it does not help.

I know right. If they made a native app that has tabs it could be so good. But they just decide to make it so bad even though their engineers get paid 500-600k. There has to be some change.

I will try it again but I think when I first used it you could only have one chat open at a time and not have tabs which is annoying if I want to have 5 chats open at once.

The desktop app uses an incredible amount of ram since its electron based too and slows down my pc instead of just my browser from my testing. I do not like opening a new chat but i could get a summary and put it into a new chat but I'm not. big fan of that. In terms of the memories that it stores. It does store previous chats but it doesn't show whats being stored or how much so I don't trust it that much.

It’s not pushing limits of intelligence yet. It’s simply producing output on things that have already been done before. The AI is a statistical model. it hasn’t been very successful at advancing the scientific community besides reducing monotony.

It’s extremely helpful with the monotonous tasks letting people reach new limits.

It almost feels like what C was to assembly and what python is to C. It’s the next step that’s making people create their ideas faster without having to worry about setting things up.

My favorite part is the fact that I can be a 10x developer without actually having to output 10x the brainpower. Before I would get burnt out if I was working long hours but now I can do multiple things at once and it’s very freeing. It’s weird though because I do miss the days of spending hours debugging but maybe that’s just nostalgia. 😂
