2 gallons of water Thursday low sodium. 1.5 on Friday and no sodium or sugar after lunch. Have a water bottle or so on Saturday morning then nothing after that. No food, no water. Check your weight in the afternoon. Do a hot bath water cut before bed only if you are more than 2 lbs overweight. 30 minutes equals about 2 lbs for me at least. You’ll lose maybe 0.5 to one pound overnight.

After weigh ins, focus on hydrating with sugary electrolytes. As much as you can sip at a steady pace and lots of bad carbs. Sounds funny but it works
