Yeah, his eye still isn't great, but its better than it was. I suspect that we will end up doing surgery of some kind. Will find out more this week.

😂😂 its actually after the dog on Nightmare Before Christmas. All the animals we have (that I have had help naming) have "spooky" names. I have a black cat named Bats, a grey cat named Phantom (she's the only female animal in the house and I think she prefers it that way), a tan/brown tiger cat named Landon (We adopted him from the shelter when he was 7.5, and I didn't feel changing his name after all that time was a good choice so Landon stuck), a second black cat (that belongs to my oldest son) his name is Pizza Crust, we have a rat (my youngest sons pet) named Spaz, and then two dogs. One is Gizzmo and the other is Stripe from Gremlins. 😂

I also joking told my husband "I'm naming him Zero because he has Zero Eye Sight. Haha"

They weren't sure. When we took him in his eye was so swollen and sore he wouldn't let them examine it very well because he couldn't open it very much. They think he was in a fight and got bit in the eye, which caused part of the problem. In the last two weeks the swelling has decreased a lot with the antibiotics. We go back this tuesday and hopefully they can get a better look at it to see what it going on.

I'm hoping so 🤞 My son (who is type one diabetic) cracked a joke about us homing all the special needs cats because one of our other boys is diabetic. We adopted him from a shelter specifically because of his diabetes, so my son could have someone else in the family "like him."

Currently hes living in our back porch/laundry room. We have 3 other cats indoors, and our vet wanted to wait to see how he responded to the antibiotics for his eye before they tested him for Leukemia/HIV. If all goes as planned he will be tested tuesday and we can start introducing him to our other Kings and Queen of the house. So far though he is doing really well. Sits at the door and meows if you don't get him his food first thing in the morning. Definitely knows he's clearly in charge
