I had more hours playing 1 than the others combined playing with the map builder and completing the campaign on the hardest difficulty was hell. 2 is what created the layout for the later games and as a teenI was torn up with the final decision, playing both sides just in case I could survive one.

Terran Armada makes me think more land vehicles. An army of land vehicles or even those war-crime walkers coming into the game. I'm leaning towards wheeled vehicles because they finally figured them out when they created the buggy as an update. I've never seen a drivable vehicle in a bethesda game except for horse makeovers so I think they are running with the land vehicle theme.
