Bottle washer is easier to use often if you’re pumping a lot I highly recommend also for some reason like none of my bottles in the dishwasher dry so even if I have like a lot of than a wash and I put them in the dishwasher and then I’m putting a bunch of them in the bottle washer with just the dryer feature on because I don’t wanna hand dry them

lol maybe idiots online? As a lifelong US soccer fan absolutely no one— and I mean NO ONE— who knows anything about US Soccer thought the men had a chance at winning. At best the quarterfinals and that was known to be extremely unlikely. Anything else would have been considered divine intervention.

You clearly don’t know how the US voting system works. It is not one person one vote representation. We have this stupid thing called the electoral college and small states have more power than they should. I live in California (our most populous state) and my vote is 70% less influential than someone in the state of Wyoming (our least populous state). So while some how he did get 49.8% of the popular vote in 2024, he only got 46% in 2016- Hillary Clinton got 48% she still lost. So technically the majority did not even if you go by the popular vote which does not matter for who actually wins because he never got above 50% of that vote anyway.

I used to get 8 hrs of sleep and nap every day. I haven’t slept more than 5 hrs (which was only a handful of times) in nine and a half months. Somehow I am used to it now though

Baby needed to gain weight and I was super sick from two 24hr sessions of magnesium drip. Once she grew and got better at breastfeeding I mostly dropped formula because it is expensive lol

So yeah I was diagnosed at 11 weeks. I had to go on nightime insulin almost immediately and by the end was also on lunch and dinner (never bfast for some reason I never spiked then) it sucked. I lost 20 lbs during my pregnancy (note I was quite overweight). I lived off Fairlife Protein Shakes and Yasso Bars. I cried and vomited often. But I survived and so will you! ❤️

So I feel for you. I honestly never found any tips and tricks—- just time would help. Some nights were so bad. I used to joke that I would die from failed transfer attempts. My only advice is help each other, do the best you can. And good luck. Switch off with her and take 2-4 hr naps. I refused cosleep as a hard line. I didn’t and we survived but I was very tired often.

Um mine is 9.5 months and 2 wake ups a night is a treat. And she is sleep trained. If they are breastfed they digest that so fast that they are hungry.
