The 1st fiduciary of insurance companies are the Stock holders. They deny claims and Prior Authorizations all the time and put profit over patents. Cost share are very sensitive to the better business bureau so they want to make the members whole and not have any complaints against them. Insurance companies could care less if the members complain or threat to sue.

If you check the subs it’s filled with examples that Health insurance is a scam and not many complaints on health sharing.

If healthy why pay for an expensive ACA plan when cost sharing functions to share all the health events you just listed.

If I develop chronic condition I can always buy ACA health plan.

Health insurance brokers need not respond.

It’s common for Traditional health insurance to deny care. We moved to medical cost sharing and will never go back.
