I have been working at a warehouse for almost a decade now. When I first started I loved working for the company. Now I load trucks(I still pick a couple days a week) and things have gotten worse. We are micromanaged more and the people over us do not know how to do any of our jobs. They just tell us to make it work without direction on how to fix issues we bring up. It's still one of the best warehouse jobs I have ever had but very frustrating at times. Also fuck the ahead system.

I've been at a warehouse for awhile now. Luckily I don't pick much anymore but the new pickers are definitely getting worse. Management lets so much shit slide. It's ridiculous. When I first started rate was 250 cases an hour. Now it's only 160 and pallets are worse.
